The Big Lunch

All of us at CHEMOtivation HQ would like to say thank you to everyone who supported us at our first ‘Big Lunch’! We would like to express special thanks to The Coop for their donations of all the vegetables. Not only that, some also spent the day helping us with all the meals being dished up, all the dishes and clearing up at the end. We are so very grateful and couldn’t have done it without you! We would like to thank Wayne Slee, Richard from The George and Adrian and Sue Edwards for donating the pork to us. We would also like to express our thanks to Dunbia, who donated all the beef for our event. Thank you to Hatherleigh Fish Bar Mr Fai Yu for peeling all the potatoes. Thank you to Liza Lancaster-Watts, Jane Fawcett, Monica Jones and Marian Southwick for their homemade puddings. Finally, none of this would have been possible without all our helpers. Val Spry, who cooked all the meat and ran the kitchen, Sue Bennett, Marian Southwick and Nicky Badrock for all their vegetable prep and kitchen helpers.
